This article compares the self operated logistics distribution model with other logistics distribution models and proposes the obvious advantages of the self operated logistics distribution model. 像连锁超市、购物中心、零售批发等物流方式发展迅速成为我国新的经济增长点。然而我国的物流发展仍存在诸多弊端例如产业的规模增长不能适应企业发展、经营的效率不高、现代化的程度较低等等。根据官方数据显示截止2014 年底我国的企业流动资金周转速率明显低于发达国家水平物资流通成本高于发达国家水平。 从整体上看我国企业流通配送体系松散、规模较小运营效率低下缺乏符合时代发展的企业自营物流发展战略。现阶段我国物流成本约占整体GDP 的20%,而发达国家的先进地区的占比仅为10%。我国成本明显高于发达国家水平评价指标低于发达国家水平。当前我国对现代物流业的研究仅仅停留在学术上实践中鲜有企业去尝试和推动整个产业链出现了难以推动的局面。物流配送体系发展缓慢、发展效率低下。我国企业物流业缺少战略性思维很多管理决策层不懂如何打造现代企业物流配送系统;企业内部新开辟的专项服务专业化
