lacp的优先级数字越小越优，取值0-65535，如果相同则比较MAC地址小的优。
默认最多支持8接接口和最少1接口。可以修改 。
默认不抢占，preempt disable。默认的抢占延时为30秒，接口状态发送改变30s后才开始抢占动作。
